The objective of the job

Implement the company's transport and delivery operations efficiently and safely, including receiving and transporting visitors, documents, and materials, while maintaining the vehicle and adhering to traffic regulations and the company's policies.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Drive company vehicles to transport visitors.
  • Deliver and receive documents, parcels, and materials between different parties.
  • Adhere to approved work plans and routes.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicle and its readiness for use.
  • Conduct daily inspections of the vehicle and ensure the safety of tires, oils, fuel, and all safety equipment.
  • Report any malfunctions, accidents, or traffic violations immediately.
  • Follow up on periodic maintenance schedules and coordinate with the relevant authority.
  • Adhere to traffic rules and regulations and occupational safety instructions.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of information and transported documents.
  • Keep records of trips and fuel consumption upon request.
  • Perform any other tasks related to the nature of the work assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Valid driving license suitable for the type of vehicle.
  • At least 5 years of driving experience (preferably experience driving luxury cars).
  • Good knowledge of the roads and geographical areas relevant to the work.
