About the Role

Medtronic is seeking an experienced professional in Cardiac Ablation Solutions for the Middle East region. This strategic role aims to develop and implement a comprehensive customer engagement strategy, from early product development and initial collaborations to training, education, product launches, and fostering customer loyalty and brand advocacy. The goal is to enhance Medtronic's leadership position in Cardiac Electrophysiology (EP).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional marketing strategies based on market insights, competitor analysis, and alignment with global trends for Medtronic's Cardiac Ablation Solutions.
  • Lead product planning, launch readiness, product lifecycle management, and market introduction, ensuring compliance with regulatory and commercial needs.
  • Identify customer needs and new opportunities in collaboration with sales teams to drive market development and expand the product portfolio.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) through conferences, events, and educational initiatives.
  • Customize and execute marketing messages and multi-channel marketing campaigns, translate materials, and track campaign performance.
  • Manage the marketing budget, oversee key projects, track ROI, and ensure effective execution of marketing activities.
  • Monitor marketing metrics, support forecasting, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive execution and business results.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the medical device industry, including experience in training and education, sales, or marketing.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
  • Recognized experience in Cardiac Electrophysiology and Ablation Solutions, with the ability to translate clinical practices into distinct customer value.
  • Proven experience in leading go-to-market strategies, market positioning, and launch execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead by influence across cross-functional teams to drive therapy adoption.
  • Strong credibility with physicians, including experience with KOLs, education, and leading events and conferences.

Job and Location Details

This is a full-time role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The job responsibilities include covering Middle Eastern countries, including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Yemen, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Cyprus, and Syria. Travel is expected to be approximately 50% of the time.
