About the Hygiene Supervisor Role

Almarai is seeking a Hygiene Supervisor to join its Premier Foods plant in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a dedicated individual to oversee and maintain high hygiene standards within the manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

The Hygiene Supervisor will be responsible for:

• Supervising and monitoring all cleaning and pest control activities at the Premier Food plant to ensure compliance with Almarai standards.
• Ensuring that all cleaning operations adhere to required Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
• Managing cleaning activities to remain within approved budgetary limits.
• Maintaining and organizing Hygiene stores in accordance with Almarai's standards.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of cleaning procedures by conducting swab tests according to established schedules.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of laboratory and office areas as per the defined schedule.

Required Qualifications

Candidates for this role must possess:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in cleaning or laboratory activities.
• Demonstrated supervisory skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Good communication skills.

Experience and Skills

The ideal candidate will have between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. Essential skills include strong supervisory capabilities, proficiency in basic MS Office applications, and effective communication abilities to manage teams and report on hygiene status.
