Almarai Company is seeking an IT Business Partner to join its team in Riyadh, KSA. This role is essential for aligning divisional IT requirements with business objectives through the effective management of people, processes, tools, and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

The IT Business Partner will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the efficient and effective use of IT resources to meet divisional needs.
• Facilitating the alignment of IT strategies with business unit goals.
• Supporting the implementation and optimization of IT solutions.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address IT-related challenges and opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience within the FMCG industry.
• Proven experience in Software Development and IT Project Management.
• Demonstrated experience in business process analysis and re-engineering.
• ITIL certification is preferred.

Required Skills

Successful candidates will have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
