🔹 Job Description – Cashier (Food and Beverage Sector)

Job Title: Cashier
Department: Sales / Customer Service
Direct Manager: Branch Supervisor / Branch Manager

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers politely and welcome them with a smile.

  • Accurately record orders through the POS system.

  • Issue invoices and collect cash or card payments.

  • Ensure cash amounts match reports at the end of the shift.

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the cashier area.

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure an excellent customer experience.

  • Accurately apply restaurant policies and procedures.

  • Prepare daily revenue reports and submit them to management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma as a minimum.

  • Previous experience in cashiering or customer service (preferably in restaurants).

  • Proficient in using POS systems.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and during peak times.

  • Neat appearance and discipline in attendance.


Notes : 

This is a full-time job, not part-time 
Shifts are variable, not fixed 
Availability is a must 
Health card is preferred 
Working hours are 9 hours with a 1-hour break 
Number of working days is 5 days a week with 2 days off
