🔹 Job Description – Cashier (Food and Beverage Sector)
Job Title: Cashier
Department: Sales / Customer Service
Direct Manager: Branch Supervisor / Branch Manager
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Greet customers politely and welcome them with a smile.
Accurately record orders through the POS system.
Issue invoices and collect cash or card payments.
Ensure cash amounts match reports at the end of the shift.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the cashier area.
Collaborate with the team to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Accurately apply restaurant policies and procedures.
Prepare daily revenue reports and submit them to management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma as a minimum.
Previous experience in cashiering or customer service (preferably in restaurants).
Proficient in using POS systems.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and during peak times.
Neat appearance and discipline in attendance.

This is a full-time job, not part-time
Shifts are variable, not fixed
Availability is a must
Health card is preferred
Working hours are 9 hours with a 1-hour break
Number of working days is 5 days a week with 2 days off
