Job Title: Cashier
Department: Sales / Customer Service
Direct Manager: Branch Supervisor / Branch Manager
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Welcoming customers politely and greeting them with a smile.
Accurately recording orders through the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Issuing invoices and collecting payments in cash or via cards.
Ensuring cash amounts match reports at the end of the shift.
Handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the cashier area.
Cooperating with the team to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Applying restaurant-specific policies and procedures accurately.
Preparing daily revenue reports and submitting them to management.
Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma at a minimum.
Previous experience in cashiering or customer service (preferably in restaurants).
Proficiency in using Point of Sale systems.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and during peak times.
Neat appearance and discipline in attendance and departure.
