The role involves recommending the bike that suits the customer’s needs and completing the rental process through the cashier system and managing payments accurately. The role requires good knowledge of the world of bikes and their types and how to deal with simple malfunctions to ensure a smooth and safe experience for the customer, and it requires management skills and the ability to handle work pressure if it arises.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum Associate Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience as a cashier, preferably in an FMCG or logistics company.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and experience working in an ERP environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
