About Humanize MENA and the Role

Innovation Consulting Group (ICG) partners with organizations across Saudi Arabia and the MENA region, providing strategic advisory, enterprise technology, AI, digital infrastructure, managed services, and capability development. Humanize MENA, part of ICG's portfolio, focuses on Enterprise Artificial Intelligence, Intelligent Automation, Agentic AI, and AI-powered business transformation. The company is in its initial regional establishment and market-entry phase in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to establish, launch, commercialize, and scale Humanize MENA across Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region. This is a full-time, business-building CEO appointment, not a role managing an existing regional operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end establishment and operationalization of Humanize MENA in Saudi Arabia, including corporate registration, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute the business establishment plan, market-entry strategy, and multi-year growth roadmap, defining priority sectors, market positioning, and competitive differentiation.
• Assume full ownership of revenue generation, including personally leading initial business development, securing first enterprise contracts, and developing annual revenue targets.
• Define and commercialize the regional Enterprise AI and Intelligent Automation service portfolio, translating customer challenges into scalable AI solutions.
• Build executive relationships with key decision-makers across public-sector organizations, financial institutions, and large enterprises in Saudi Arabia.
• Establish strategic partnerships with enterprise technology vendors, consulting firms, hyperscalers, and systems integrators.
• Recruit and develop the initial commercial, technical, and operational team, establishing the company's operational infrastructure and business processes.
• Take full ownership of financial performance, including revenue growth, operating budgets, profitability, cash-flow planning, and P&L.

Qualifications and Experience

• 12–15+ years of progressive experience in Enterprise AI, enterprise technology, SaaS, automation, or digital transformation.
• Significant leadership experience in business development, commercial management, or executive operations.
• Proven success in securing enterprise AI, automation, or complex technology contracts in Saudi Arabia.
• Demonstrated ability to establish, launch, or scale technology businesses.
• Strong executive network across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
• In-depth understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and enterprise technology business models.
• Proven capability to independently originate, structure, negotiate, and close major commercial opportunities.
• Experience building strategic partnerships and managing international technology relationships.
• Strong financial management and P&L ownership experience.
• Knowledge of Saudi Vision 2030 and enterprise digital transformation priorities.
• Excellent executive communication, leadership, and negotiation capabilities.

Work Environment

This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a hands-on executive capable of building a business from the ground up. The CEO will work closely with ICG's leadership, international partners, and broader business ecosystem.
