Orient Insurance KSA is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves comprehensive financial management, strategic planning, and operational oversight to ensure compliance and support business objectives.

Role Overview

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for maintaining financial records, developing internal controls, managing budgets, and preparing essential reports. Key aspects of the role include overseeing working capital, planning investments, and assisting in the company's financial planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts and financial records for underwriting and financial transactions in accordance with International Accounting Standards and Group policies.
• Develop and implement effective internal control systems and procedures to secure company assets and interests.
• Formulate annual budgets, conduct quarterly reviews, and monitor performance against budget and business objectives.
• Prepare and submit timely reports on underwriting and financial matters to Management, Reinsurers, and Government Departments.
• Plan and organize the company’s financial resources to effectively manage working capital and meet cash flow requirements.
• Develop an effective investment strategy for surplus funds to maximize investment yield and income.
• Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives, including monitoring strategic business plans at overseas entities.
• Ensure the development of financial strategies and performance measures that align with the company's overall strategic direction.

Qualifications and Experience
