The Role of Chief Financial Officer

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Care Pay, you will be responsible for leading the company’s financial strategy. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involves overseeing all financial operations, including planning, reporting, and controls. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and the leadership team to support sustainable growth, strengthen financial governance, optimize capital and cash flow, and provide strategic financial insights for key business decisions. The position requires 8 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the company’s financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, treasury functions, cash flow management, and financial controls.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Manage financial risks, liquidity, and working capital to support sustainable growth.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO, leadership team, and relevant committees.
• Support fundraising activities, capital planning, investor relations, and strategic financial initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial, tax, and ZATCA requirements.
• Lead and develop the finance team, and continuously improve financial processes and systems.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 8 years of experience in a relevant financial leadership role, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial strategy, operations, and regulatory compliance.
