About the Role

Assouline, a luxury brand recognized for its fine illustrated books on fashion, photography, art, and design, is seeking a Client Advisor for its Riyadh location. This full-time position involves driving sales, building client relationships, and representing the Assouline brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve daily personal and store sales targets to meet monthly goals.
  • Build and maintain the Assouline Customer database, meeting monthly CRM goals and activation targets.
  • Support the Store Manager in executing the Retail Activation Calendar, including seasonal initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Oversee store operations, including stock management, merchandising, and general housekeeping.
  • Act as an Assouline Brand Ambassador by proactively representing the brand at relevant local activities, such as events and book launches.
  • Maintain Visual Merchandising standards according to established guidelines.

Client Engagement and Sales

  • Identify potential clients, initiate contact, present offerings, establish accounts, and complete sales transactions.
  • Provide consultative support to private, interior designer, and corporate clients to assist them in completing their orders.
  • Adhere to corporate guidelines concerning Visual Merchandising, pricing strategy, and discount policies.

Customer Service and Database Management

Ensure all existing and new clients, along with their customers, receive the highest standard of customer service. This includes centrally managing the client database and utilizing the information to enhance sales and client engagement.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience in luxury retail is essential.
  • Previous experience in luxury sales (retail, corporate, or wholesale) is required.
  • Proven ability to drive sales results.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining a strong clientele base.
  • Familiarity with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) customer segments is a strong advantage.
