About the Role

Philips is seeking a Clinical Consultant ACI META to drive the growth of Acute Care Informatics (ACI) solutions within the META region. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requires a professional dedicated to helping prospective ACI customers understand and realize the value of our solutions through deep product expertise across the sales cycle. The role also involves translating ACI Business strategies into field execution by sharing product knowledge with account owners and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical expertise and support Sales Specialists in securing opportunities for the Acute Care Informatics business.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and engage in detailed discussions with prospective customers to showcase the product value proposition.
  • Advise customers on optimal product configurations to meet their specific needs.
  • Collaborate with non-ACI sellers on co-selling initiatives to extend the value of the ACI portfolio to broader Philips enterprise customers.
  • Educate channel partners and non-specialist sellers on core product value propositions to aid their lead generation and qualification efforts.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions and workshops for healthcare professionals, ensuring proficiency in Philips' applications and promoting best practices in clinical settings.
  • Manage initiatives focused on optimizing clinical workflows and operational efficiencies through advanced application utilization, aligning with customer needs and organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with regional business unit leaders to ensure effective deployment of BU/product-specific sales initiatives in the field.
  • Support the order funnel to contribute towards targets and ACI business objectives.
  • Maintain seller best practices, including Salesforce utilization and hygiene, to facilitate effective reporting and forecasting.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
  • Nursing background in acute care environments such as ICU, ED, or OT.
  • Knowledge of clinical decision support tools (CDS), ICU protocols, bundles, and scores.
  • A deep understanding of clinical workflows and patient monitoring.
  • Familiarity with ICU data aggregation, administrative dashboards, reporting, and device integration platforms.
  • Prior experience in Healthcare IT, providing clinical and technical expertise to customers during the sales process.
  • Experience supporting a software sales funnel and prioritizing opportunities for escalation or acceleration.
  • Proven ability to cultivate strong customer relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives.
  • Ability to clearly articulate the value of technical software and/or medical products to diverse customer profiles.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce.
  • A quality-first and patient safety mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel.
