About the Role

Grand Hyatt is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Cluster Sales Executive – Corporate to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for a Saudi National with 0-1 years of experience in sales or business development, aiming to launch a career in the hospitality industry. The role focuses on generating qualified leads and supporting the conversion of corporate transient and small group business for both properties within the cluster through daily sales activities and dedicated account servicing.

The Cluster Sales Executive will be instrumental in driving revenue by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the effective execution of sales initiatives. This position offers a dynamic environment for gaining valuable experience in corporate sales within a leading international hotel brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive prospecting activities, including calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and field visits, to identify and qualify potential corporate clients and opportunities.
  • Schedule and set appointments for Sales Managers to further develop qualified leads.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, simple contracts, and rate letters for prospective clients, and diligently follow up to ensure closure of business.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account and contact records, detailed call reports, and all sales activities within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Support the collation of data for Request for Proposals (RFPs) and assist in their implementation, while monitoring compliance with rate loading and Global Distribution System (GDS)/Internal Distribution System (IDS) checks.
  • Coordinate client visits and site inspections, ensuring a seamless experience for potential guests and clients.
  • Manage sample requests and collateral distribution to support sales efforts.
  • Handle smaller volume requests within the delegated rate grid, ensuring efficient service delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in hotel sales or business development is preferred.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential for effective communication.
  • Willingness to conduct fieldwork in Riyadh.
  • Availability for periodic travel to the Red Sea region for familiarization and client hosting purposes.
