About the Executive Sales Role

Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh is seeking an Executive Sales professional to join their team. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on driving revenue and enhancing guest loyalty through effective sales strategies and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve guest calls, requests, and problems by contacting appropriate individuals or departments.
• Utilize sales techniques, including up-selling, to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Determine and provide complimentary services to guests as a gesture of patronage.
• Promote brand awareness both internally and externally.
• Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points.
• Handle all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received via phone, fax, or mail.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information into appropriate software when processing guest reservations.
• Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
• Perform general office duties to support the Sales & Marketing department.

Professional Conduct and Guest Service

• Assist management in training and motivating employees, serving as a role model.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a clean and professional appearance.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs with genuine appreciation.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, prepare and review written documents accurately, and answer telephones with appropriate etiquette.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships, supporting team goals and responding appropriately to employee concerns.
• Monitor the performance of others to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
• Read and visually verify information in various formats.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Undertake other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Experience and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the hospitality industry. A strong understanding of sales techniques and a commitment to guest satisfaction are essential.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves direct interaction with guests and requires collaboration with internal teams to achieve departmental objectives.
