About the Executive Sales Role
Four Points by Sheraton in Riyadh is seeking an Executive Sales professional to join their team. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on driving revenue and maintaining guest loyalty through effective sales techniques and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve guest calls, requests, and problems by contacting appropriate individuals or departments.
- Utilize sales techniques, including up-selling, to maximize revenue while preserving existing guest loyalty.
- Determine and issue complimentary items to guests as tokens of appreciation, such as rewards points, show tickets, or gift certificates.
- Promote brand awareness both internally and externally.
- Process requests for redeeming Marriott Rewards points.
- Handle all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received via phone, fax, or mail.
- Enter Marriott Rewards information into the appropriate software when taking guest reservations.
- Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns.
- Perform general office duties to support the Sales & Marketing department, including filing, sending emails, typing, and faxing.
Professional Conduct and Guest Service
- Assist management in training and motivating employees, serving as a role model.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
- Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their service needs with genuine appreciation.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with others, both verbally and in writing, ensuring accuracy and completeness in documentation.
- Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting team goals and responding appropriately to concerns.
- Monitor the performance of others to ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
- Read and visually verify information in various formats.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
Physical Requirements
The role involves occasional physical tasks, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.

- Experience: 2-5 years in a relevant sales or hospitality role.
