Community Associate Manager

About the Role

MAJID AL FUTTAIM is seeking a Community Associate Manager in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on creating brand awareness and building brand loyalty through community activations. The position involves developing relationships with local relevance and fostering long-term connections with studios and brand ambassadors to expand lululemon’s community and reach new guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with shopping centers, city studios, ambassadors, and local athletes to enhance brand presence.
• Plan and execute community initiatives, events, and photoshoots that drive engagement and differentiate the brand.
• Coordinate with store teams and ambassadors for product seeding, ensuring proper brand representation and high-quality image material for digital use.
• Act as a brand guardian by managing community requests and maintaining an updated calendar of all community activities by tier.
• Oversee community initiatives and store opening activities, ensuring budget compliance and adherence to brand standards.
• Monitor, report, and evaluate the impact of community and marketing initiatives while supporting the Dare Today, Change Tomorrow sustainability strategy.
• Engage and collaborate with local athletic communities and affiliated studios to strengthen brand presence and community connection.

Qualifications and Experience

• A diploma in business, marketing, or a related subject is required. A Bachelor’s degree is considered an asset.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing or event management.
• A background in the fitness industry is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of community engagement and brand activation within the fitness or lifestyle sector.
