About the Role

MOBCO Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager specializing in fit-out and finishing works for a landmark high-rise hospitality project in Diriyah, Riyadh. This role focuses exclusively on interior construction, architectural finishes, and MEP coordination during the fit-out phase, ensuring project readiness for handover. Structural construction responsibilities are excluded from this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all fit-out and finishing construction activities for high-rise hospitality projects.
• Manage all interior works, including partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, MEP final fixing, and decorative finishes.
• Oversee the execution of luxury hospitality interiors to meet premium quality standards.
• Coordinate effectively with subcontractors specializing in fit-out, interior design execution, and finishing trades.
• Ensure strict adherence to project specifications, approved mock-ups, and material standards.
• Supervise the precise sequencing of finishing works in coordination with MEP final installations.
• Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of finishing milestones.
• Conduct thorough inspections and quality control checks for all finishing activities.
• Coordinate with consultants, designers, and project management teams to ensure design intent compliance.
• Resolve site coordination issues, particularly concerning architectural and MEP finishing interfaces.
• Manage snagging, de-snagging, testing, and all preparatory activities for project handover.
• Ensure compliance with project safety regulations, quality benchmarks, and hospitality brand standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• A minimum of 17 years of experience in construction, with a specialization in fit-out and finishing works.
• Mandatory experience in luxury hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, high-end mixed-use developments).
• Mandatory experience in the execution of high-rise interior fit-outs.
• Strong expertise in interior construction methodologies and finishing materials.
• Proven experience managing fast-track projects requiring high-quality interior delivery.
• Strong knowledge of coordination between architectural finishes and MEP installations.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and site management skills.
• Strictly fit-out and finishing experience; structural experience is not required.
• Hospitality high-rise project experience is mandatory.
• Immediate availability to join the team is required.
• Experience in luxury or landmark projects is highly preferred.
