Mace is announcing a vacancy for a Senior Project Manager specializing in Fit Out works to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Mace integrates its construction expertise with consulting to unlock new possibilities in every individual and project, redefining the boundaries of ambition. This role offers an opportunity to work on one of the largest and most distinguished programs in Saudi Arabia, a comprehensive, mixed-use development comprising sports, entertainment, and artistic facilities, along with all associated infrastructure.

Role Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the end-to-end delivery of fit-out work packages for various high-profile assets within this mega-project. You will be instrumental in ensuring all project objectives related to time, cost, and quality are met, while adhering to Mace's core values of safety, client focus, integrity, and creating opportunities.

• Lead the delivery of fit-out work packages across leisure, hospitality, and thematic assets, ensuring all time, cost, and quality objectives are met.
• Manage contractors, specialist subcontractors, and suppliers responsible for delivering high-quality finishes and thematic installations.
• Oversee coordination between design elements, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, architectural elements, and theming to ensure seamless integration and a cohesive final product.
• Drive adherence to the program schedule, proactively identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies, especially during fast-paced fit-out phases.
• Monitor and control budgets, manage changes, and oversee the commercial performance of all fit-out works.
• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Welfare (HSW) standards, Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) processes, and all project governance requirements.
• Engage effectively with the client, operators, and other stakeholders to align on operational readiness and guest experience outcomes.
• Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover processes for fit-out works, ensuring alignment with operational and brand standards.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Relevant experience as a Project Manager, with a specific focus on delivering fit-out packages on large-scale projects in the leisure, theme park, hospitality, or luxury development sectors.
• Strong understanding of high-end finishes, thematic environments, and specialist interior fit-outs.
• Proven experience working within complex, multi-package programs in international project environments.
• Clear leadership capabilities in managing contractors and multi-disciplinary teams on fast-paced projects.
• Strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Welfare best practices, along with Quality Assurance principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to engage effectively with clients, operators, and design teams.
• A relevant degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a similar field.
• Professional membership (*, RICS, CIOB) is a plus.
