About the Role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Consumer Goods and Services practice in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves contributing to digital transformation projects within a dynamic consulting team. The Senior Consultant will be part of a growing organization of 300,000 employees, working across functional business pillars and contributing to the growth strategy for Infosys Consulting in the Middle East region, with an initial focus on KSA.

Role Context and Objectives

The Senior Consultant will collaborate with senior consultants, analyze data, and implement AI-driven solutions. This position requires close collaboration with sales and account leadership teams to shape and deliver solutions focused on e-commerce, customer services, and digital transformations. The role is integral to addressing clients' challenges and supporting the expansion of Infosys Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders, solve problems, and demonstrate resilience in project execution.
• Gather, validate, synthesize, document, and communicate data and information to various audiences.
• Act as a subject matter expert in customer services, e-commerce, digital platforms, or value stream analysis and design within supply chain management.
• Work effectively as part of techno-functional teams and lead project teams in areas of expertise.
• Apply knowledge of AI concepts, including machine learning and natural language processing, to project tasks.
• Gather requirements, conduct research, and contribute to project deliverables.

Required Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated broad business skill set, including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience.
• Experience in data gathering, validation, synthesis, documentation, and communication.
• Proven expertise in customer services, e-commerce, digital platforms, or value stream analysis and design in supply chain management.
• Ability to work within techno-functional teams and lead project teams.
• Knowledge and application of AI concepts such as machine learning and natural language processing.
