About the Role

Protiviti Middle East Member Firm is seeking experienced Consultants to join its Security & Privacy (S&P) team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position primarily focused on executing and managing diverse client engagements. The role involves assessing the security posture of client systems, platforms, and processes to protect and continually improve the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information systems.

Role Context and Objectives

The successful candidate will ensure that security measures align with client business objectives, regulatory requirements, and strategic goals. While the role is based in the GCC, resources may involve travel across various client locations in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide innovation within the Vulnerability and Penetration Testing (VAPT) program, focusing on both process and technology improvements.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Attack & Pen function.
• Perform authorized attack surface reviews, penetration tests, and red team assessments against specified targets.
• Prepare assessment reports that are clear, easily understandable by the target audience, and include practical, reasonable recommendations based on sound risk management principles.
• Update standards and procedures designed to continually improve security posture.
• Assess the sufficiency of policies, standards, and procedures relative to security best practices.
• Contribute to security-related information repositories and other business development endeavors.
• Mentor junior members of the team and provide constructive consultation to other peer groups.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in a consulting or security-focused role.
• Demonstrated understanding of VAPT within the context of risk management and organizational priorities.

Essential Skills

• Ability to maintain critical thinking and composure under pressure.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex concepts to a business audience.
• Ability to be productive and maintain focus with minimal supervision.

Work Environment

This full-time Consultant position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and may require travel to various client locations across the Middle East.
