Role Context

As part of the Digital & Cyber Business Unit, you will contribute to shaping strategies that redefine industries and drive national visions. This unit leverages deep technology expertise and innovative thinking to help organizations thrive in a data-driven world. You will work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and trust, delivering scalable solutions that empower clients to operate, serve, and grow effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of data and cloud projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Design and develop cloud-native architectures and analytics platforms tailored to specific client needs.
• Mentor team members and coordinate with clients to deliver consistent, data-driven outcomes.
• Drive client transformation by shaping and delivering AI-powered digital solutions that address strategic priorities and enhance performance.
• Lead and guide teams in exploring complex, high-volume data sets to solve real-world business challenges.
• Design and develop scalable prototypes and accelerators, applying software engineering best practices.
• Advance PwC’s internal AI and data science toolkits by developing optimized code and reusable components.
• Contribute to business development efforts, including client proposal materials and thought leadership.
• Mentor and upskill colleagues, fostering a continuous learning culture and promoting excellence in technical delivery.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• At least 8 years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven experience in leading AI/ML engineering teams and overseeing end-to-end solution design, development, and deployment in agile environments.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and architectures, with the ability to apply them to business challenges across various industries.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
• Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms (*, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS) and modern MLOps practices.
• Experience with agentic frameworks such as AutoGen, LangGraph, CrewAI, Agents SDK.
• Skilled in selecting algorithms and training classical ML or deep learning models.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities, fostering collaboration and delivery excellence.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
