About the Consulting ES Oracle Manager / Senior Manager Role

PwC Consulting is seeking a Consulting ES Oracle Manager / Senior Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves contributing to the growth of the business by developing long-term vision and strategy within the consulting practice. You will work alongside experts to design and deliver forward-looking solutions across various domains.

Role Responsibilities

As a Manager / Senior Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Taking ownership for the development of Digital solutions and structuring offerings for the Middle East market, including setting budget goals and driving performance.
• Managing and delivering Digital transformation projects for clients, utilizing Agile and Hybrid methodologies.
• Overseeing projects that range from strategic discoveries to full-scale solution implementations.
• Building and nurturing relationships with various stakeholders across client departments to understand business requirements within the context of their digital strategy.
• Delivering Oracle Cloud transformation projects across HCM, Finance, or Supply Chain domains.
• Designing and implementing solutions aligned with client digital strategies.
• Gathering requirements and engaging stakeholders across business and IT teams.
• Managing end-to-end project delivery, from design through build and deployment.
• Ensuring quality delivery, effective planning, and team coordination.
• Leading workshops, solution discussions, and client presentations.
• Supporting business development activities, including proposals and solution design.
• Contributing to practice growth and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess the following qualifications and experience:

• 5-10 years of consulting experience.
• 8–12+ years of consulting experience specifically in Oracle ERP / Cloud solutions.
• Experience in at least one of the following domains: HCM, Financials, or Supply Chain.
• A strong understanding of relevant business processes, including HR, Finance, or Operations.
• Proven experience in end-to-end Oracle implementations.
• Demonstrated project and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and engagements effectively.
• Willingness to travel as required.
