About the Role

PwC Middle East is seeking a Director for its Management Consulting team, specializing in Workforce Transformation within the Financial Services sector. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires over 10 years of experience. The role involves leading complex transformation programs and developing strategic solutions for clients.

Role Context and Responsibilities

As a Director in Workforce Transformation, you will be instrumental in helping organizations within the Financial Services sector solve complex business issues from strategy through to execution. You will work as part of a team of problem solvers, contributing to the firm's advisory services. PwC Consulting focuses on delivering forward-looking solutions in areas such as strategy and enterprise transformation, operational excellence, digital innovation, and risk management, with a sector-aligned, solution-led approach.

Client Engagement and Business Development

This role requires cultivating and managing executive-level relationships within the Financial Services sector in KSA, including banks, insurance companies, development funds, sovereign wealth funds, and regulatory bodies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Shaping new Workforce Transformation offerings and identifying growth opportunities within the sector.
  • Defining and driving the go-to-market strategy for Workforce Transformation in KSA's Financial Services sector, including target accounts and pipeline development.
  • Leading the origination of complex workforce transformation opportunities by engaging with C-suite executives and senior buyers.
  • Supporting the end-to-end pursuit lifecycle, from qualification and proposal development to deal shaping, negotiation, and closing.
  • Building market presence and credibility for the Workforce Transformation proposition across KSA and the Middle East.

Project and Program Delivery Oversight

You will oversee high-impact transformation programs, often managing multiple projects simultaneously for Financial Services sector clients in KSA. These programs will encompass various Workforce Transformation consulting services, including:

  • Operating model and organizational design.
  • Strategic and operational workforce planning.
  • Performance management and total rewards.
  • Competency/skills framework development, talent assessment, upskilling, leadership development, and talent management.
  • HR functional effectiveness, including HR operating models, policies, process re-engineering, and the application of AI and intelligent automation in HR.
  • Change management, culture development, employee engagement, and employee experience initiatives.

Team Development and Leadership

A key aspect of this role involves coaching and mentoring team members. This includes providing guidance on project work and supporting professional growth through structured feedback, skills development planning, and continuous performance guidance.
