About the Role

Kanz is seeking a Contracts & Commercial Manager to oversee all contractual and commercial aspects of projects. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all contractual and commercial aspects of projects.
• Handle claims, variations, and contractual correspondence.
• Review and negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors.
• Monitor project costs, risks, and commercial performance.
• Support project leadership in dispute resolution and cost control.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in contracts and commercial roles.
• Mandatory experience in the contracting/construction industry.
• Strong experience within the GCC/KSA construction environment.
• Solid knowledge of FIDIC contracts, claims, and variations.
• Experience in building, fit-out, or MEP projects is preferred.

Work Location and Requirements

This role is based in Riyadh. Immediate joining is required. Candidates must be residing in KSA and possess a valid iqama.
