About the Human Resources Coordinator Role

Courtyard by Marriott is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 0-1 years of experience and offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of the Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain Human Resources filing systems.
  • Prepare office correspondence using a computer.
  • Manage the distribution and routing of mail.
  • Order and track necessary Human Resources office supplies and forms.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and accurately record messages.
  • Create and manage personnel files for new employees.
  • Assist walk-in candidates with their application procedures.
  • Maintain the application completion area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and accessible.
  • Address employee and management inquiries regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies, and guidelines.
  • Report employee relations issues within the division or property to Human Resources management.
  • Uphold the confidentiality and security of all employee and property records, files, and information.
  • Ensure the accurate maintenance of all employee records and files, including interview documents and I-9 forms.

General Professional Conduct

  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
  • Protect proprietary information and company assets.
  • Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe working conditions to management.
  • Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
  • Communicate using clear and professional language.
  • Prepare and review written documents with accuracy and completeness.
  • Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
  • Support team efforts to achieve common goals.
  • Listen to and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
  • Enter and retrieve work-related information using computer systems.
  • Perform tasks that may require moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Undertake other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors.
