Job Description
About the Role
Adop2Scale, a Saudi-based business enabler, is seeking a Coordinator to support its growing team. This full-time position involves assisting with daily operations, client coordination, and international business activities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role requires an organized, proactive, and professional individual.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
- Support client onboarding processes and maintain ongoing client communications.
- Liaise with government platforms, service providers, and external stakeholders.
- Manage schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and documentation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, and other business documents.
- Track ongoing projects to ensure timely task completion.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems.
- Assist in the planning and execution of business delegations and corporate visits.
- Welcome and provide assistance to international investors, business executives, and delegation participants visiting Saudi Arabia.
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, networking activities, and business programs for visiting delegates.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for investors and business partners throughout their engagement.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in administration, operations, customer service, hospitality, business support, or a related field.
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable interacting with international clients, investors, and senior business professionals.
Work Environment and Compensation
This is a full-time position based in Saudi Arabia. The role offers a monthly salary of SAR 5,500. The position provides direct engagement with entrepreneurs, investors, and international companies, offering exposure to high-level business meetings, investment initiatives, and international delegations. Candidates will gain experience in business setup, investment support, and market-entry projects within Saudi Arabia. The role is within a dynamic organization and a professional, collaborative team.
