About the Corporate Finance Manager Role

Soudah Development is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial resources. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, focuses on managing cash flow, debt, and capital markets to ensure liquidity, mitigate financial risk, and optimize returns. The role is integral to supporting the company's financial strategy and maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions.

Core Responsibilities

The Corporate Finance Manager will be responsible for a range of critical financial operations. This includes managing daily treasury activities to ensure the company meets its financial obligations, and handling cash investments and maturities to maintain necessary fund availability. The role also involves overseeing borrowings, debt, and capital management, with a focus on allocating cash balances to reduce costs and ensure liquidity.

  • Manage banking activities, including the opening and closing of bank accounts, to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Negotiate interest rates with banks to maximize returns on fixed deposits.
  • Assess investment opportunities in financial instruments, such as bonds and sukuks, to enhance the company's Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Develop and implement plans to mitigate currency and interest rate risks.
  • Monitor tax levels and prepare reports on taxes owed for stakeholder information.
  • Prepare financial reports detailing cash positions and liquidity for senior leadership.
  • Identify and negotiate with financiers to secure funding for company activities.

Qualifications and Education

Candidates for this position must possess a foundational understanding of corporate finance principles. The required educational background is a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or an equivalent qualification from a recognized and accredited university.

  • A Master’s degree in any related field from a recognized and accredited university is preferred.
