About Omorfia Group and the Role

Omorfia Group is seeking a Country Operations Manager to lead its multi-brand portfolio across Saudi Arabia. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is critical for driving operational excellence and expansion within the Kingdom. The role is accountable for the overall operational leadership, performance, and execution of the Group's diverse brands.

Role Overview and Strategic Impact

This position holds full country-level responsibility for business delivery, operational excellence, people leadership, and administrative governance. The Country Operations Manager ensures that brand-specific standards, service SOPs, and identity-led practices are executed while remaining governed by respective Brand Heads. The role serves as the primary operational integrator between Group Leadership, Brand Leadership, and the KSA execution teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall operational performance of Omorfia Group’s multi-brand portfolio across KSA.
  • Manage country-level P&L delivery, revenue growth, and profitability targets.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all locations, ensuring service excellence and operational consistency.
  • Lead expansion readiness, including pre-opening staff training coordination, operational setup, and ensuring smooth launch and stabilization of new locations.
  • Drive workforce productivity, scheduling efficiency, and staff cost optimisation.
  • Oversee administrative governance, facility standards, and compliance with labour and municipality regulations.
  • Monitor and control operational costs, including payroll, consumables, and procurement.
  • Act as the operational integrator between Group Leadership, Brand Heads, and KSA execution teams.
  • Ensure brand standards, SOPs, and service protocols are executed in line with Brand governance frameworks.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 5–7+ years of experience in multi-site operations leadership, ideally across retail, hospitality, beauty, wellness, or service-intensive industries.
  • Proven track record managing multi-brand or multi-concept portfolios.
  • Experience in Saudi market operations and regulatory landscape is essential.
  • Strong commercial and operational acumen.
  • Demonstrated ownership of P&L and commercial performance delivery.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing operations across multiple locations within the Kingdom, requiring a dynamic and hands-on approach.
