About the Role

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, *** is seeking a Saudi National Credit Supervisor to join their Finance & Accounting team. This full-time, non-management position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is integral to assisting management with financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and maintaining robust credit control processes within the hotel, aligning with The Ritz-Carlton's service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist management in reviewing current and developing operating and financial matters.
  • Verify the accuracy of financial figures, postings, and documentation.
  • Organize, secure, and maintain all financial files, records, cash, and cash equivalents.
  • Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information.
  • Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and maintain financial records using journals, ledgers, and computers.
  • Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
  • Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements.
  • Review, reconcile, and process credit card vouchers, advance deposits, overpayments, cancelled reservations, tax exemptions, and voucher invoices, including those for Marriott Rewards and gift certificates.
  • Respond to and resolve inquiries or disputes from Marriott's Shared Service Center, guests, credit card companies, and banks.
  • Conduct credit checks as directed.
  • Follow up on and resolve past due accounts.
  • Set up, maintain, and manage collections for check guarantee service accounts.
  • Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, and motivating employees.
  • Serve as a role model and the first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information and protecting company assets.
  • Anticipate and address guests' service needs.
  • Communicate with others using clear and professional language, and prepare and review written documents accurately and completely.
  • Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • High school diploma or *** equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of related work experience.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Work Environment and Location
