The Water Transmission Company (شركة نقل المياه) is seeking a Crisis Management Analyst to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for maintaining organizational stability and ensuring effective response mechanisms during emergencies.

Role Purpose

The Crisis Management Analyst is responsible for executing crisis management activities, including conducting crisis simulations and establishing robust decision-making structures. This role provides critical support during emergencies and contributes to the continuous improvement of crisis response frameworks within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all work aligns with approved policies, processes, procedures, and instructions.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in systems, practices, cost optimization, and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards within the Water Transmission Company and related functions, including HC, HSSE, Risk, and Cybersecurity.
• Escalate problems to ensure efficient and timely resolution of cases and issues.
• Refine crisis response frameworks to ensure scalability and adaptability.
• Monitor cross-departmental crisis response exercises and conduct post-crisis reviews.
• Maintain a clear decision-making hierarchy for various crisis scenarios.
• Monitor external trends and emerging threats that could impact organizational stability.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with regulations and industry standards for crisis management.
• Document and report on crisis response activities and lessons learned.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of professional experience in a relevant field.
