About the Role

Reef Group, a leading fragrance company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a CRM Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on developing and executing strategies to enhance customer relationships and engagement across all brand touchpoints. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in customer relationship management.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The CRM Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's CRM strategy to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty. This includes designing and optimizing customer journeys across various channels such as Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push Notifications, and the Mobile App. The role involves building customer segmentation strategies based on behavioral and transactional data, and planning, launching, and monitoring CRM campaigns to maximize customer lifetime value.

  • Analyzing campaign performance and customer insights to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborating with Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, Digital, and Data teams to deliver personalized customer experiences.
  • Managing CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
  • Monitoring key CRM KPIs including retention rate, repeat purchase rate, customer lifetime value (CLV), engagement, and campaign ROI.
  • Ensuring data quality and compliance with relevant privacy regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM, Customer Lifecycle Management, or Loyalty programs is required. Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Braze, HubSpot, Emarsys, or similar is essential. Strong analytical skills and the ability to use customer data to inform business decisions are critical.

Preferred Background

Experience within the Retail, Beauty, Luxury, FMCG, or E-commerce sectors is highly preferred. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are also important for this role.
