About the Role
Bahri is seeking a Culture & Engagement Sr. Analyst to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves supporting the development and implementation of strategies and initiatives aimed at fostering a positive organizational culture and enhancing employee engagement. The role is crucial in aligning these efforts with the company’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of the company’s culture transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
- Analyze culture assessment data to provide insights for targeted interventions and initiatives.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to integrate culture-related initiatives into organizational practices and embed core company values into daily operations.
- Implement employee engagement programs to improve morale, retention, and productivity.
- Develop and analyze engagement and pulse surveys, and other feedback mechanisms to assess employee sentiment.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance the employee experience.
- Develop and coordinate internal communications for engagement and culture initiatives, including campaigns, workshops, and events.
- Support the design and execution of culture-related branding activities in collaboration with the Communications team.
- Develop and implement training and awareness programs to enhance understanding of organizational culture.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of culture and engagement initiatives using defined KPIs and analytics.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for management on initiative progress and impact.
- Conduct benchmarking of best practices in organizational culture and engagement to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to align culture and engagement activities with employee lifecycle touchpoints.
- Identify and evaluate tools and methods to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.
- Support the integration of engagement initiatives into broader HR programs with the Employee Experience team.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in culture transformation, employee engagement, project management, or organizational development roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI and Excel.
- Knowledge of employee engagement platforms and methodologies.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
