About the Role

The Saudi Power Procurement Company (SPPC) is seeking a Culture & Engagement Team Lead to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for implementing and overseeing programs that enhance employee satisfaction, motivation, and overall performance within the company.

Role Overview

The Culture & Engagement Team Lead will be responsible for aligning culture and employee engagement initiatives with SPPC's strategic objectives. This involves identifying areas for improvement, developing targeted communication, and fostering an inclusive work environment through effective change management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement culture and employee engagement programs aligned with SPPC's strategy to enhance satisfaction, motivation, and overall performance.
• Support functional heads in identifying cultural performance gaps and implementing targeted communication and socialization initiatives to address these issues.
• Supervise progress reports and performance analyses, identifying areas for improvement and recommending actionable solutions.
• Maintain a culture of positivity, equality, and inclusivity through change management strategies and initiatives to retain diverse talent and improve employee retention and experience.
• Create change management approaches and tools in alignment with internal communication strategies, supporting effective transitions and buy-in during organizational changes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the Saudi Power Procurement Company (SPPC).
