Role Overview: Customer Care Officer

The Lending Hub SA is seeking a Customer Care Officer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on providing customer support and ensuring a positive experience for borrowers and investors using the platform. The successful candidate will manage inquiries, resolve issues, and uphold high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and requests across various channels, including phone, email, and digital platforms.
• Provide support to borrowers and investors throughout their onboarding, financing, and investment processes.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with account registration, financing applications, repayment processes, and investment transactions.
• Escalate complex complaints and technical issues to the appropriate internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
• Ensure adherence to internal customer service procedures and relevant SAMA customer protection requirements.
• Identify recurring customer issues and propose improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams to address and resolve customer concerns effectively.

Required Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a customer service or related role.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a team focused on redefining finance and creating opportunities across Saudi Arabia.
