Customer Relationship Manager

About the Role

Asteri Beauty (B Corp™) is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on developing and executing the brand’s CRM and client engagement strategy to build long-term relationships, strengthen brand loyalty, enhance client retention, and drive sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and understand the expectations of premium luxury clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall CRM strategy, aligning with marketing, commercial, and customer experience objectives.
• Manage day-to-day Klaviyo operations, including campaigns, automated flows, audience segments, and reporting.
• Design and manage personalized client journeys across the entire customer lifecycle, including targeted communications and product recommendations.
• Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notifications, ensuring brand consistency.
• Implement CRM initiatives across boutiques, e-commerce, and retail partners, connecting online and offline customer data for a unified view.
• Manage Shopify–Klaviyo integration requirements, ensuring accurate data synchronization and customer segmentation.
• Own CRM activation and communication strategies for the brand's loyalty program, developing personalized journeys for members.
• Analyze customer data, monitor key CRM KPIs, and report on performance to identify growth opportunities and optimize effectiveness.
• Ensure customer data accuracy, privacy compliance, and consent management across all CRM channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, boutique teams, retail operations, IT, and external technology partners.

Client Engagement and Omnichannel Experience

This role oversees the end-to-end client journey across e-commerce, brand boutiques, and selected retail partners. The CRM Manager will ensure a seamless, personalized, and elevated brand experience at all touchpoints. This includes developing sophisticated client segmentation, personalized communication journeys, loyalty initiatives, and targeted engagement strategies to strengthen brand affinity and increase client lifetime value.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Klaviyo, Shopify, customer data management, and marketing automation.
• Ability to translate customer insights into exclusive, meaningful experiences.
• Proficiency in developing personalized email and WhatsApp communications.
• Experience with loyalty, VIP, and client retention programs.
• Analytical skills to monitor and report on CRM KPIs and campaign performance.
• Understanding of premium luxury clientele expectations.
