Main responsibilities of the customer service representative (inside the showroom) 1. Receiving customers and responding to their inquiries about products and services. 2. Processing return and exchange requests and warranties according to company policies. 3. Entering and tracking customer requests in the system until they are closed. 4. Coordinating with other departments to ensure prompt fulfillment of customer requests.
Requirements

- GOSI Registration Required
- Requires 2-5 Years experience
- Intermediate in English
