This role is essential for managing and processing our financial obligations, ensuring all vendor bills and company expenses are recorded and paid accurately and timely.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and verify invoices with accuracy.
- Manage weekly and monthly payment runs while maintaining proper records.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Maintain up-to-date vendor information and support supplier onboarding.
- Assist in month-end closing, preparing reports and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, and tax teams.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Prepare VAT returns and maintain accurate vendor files.
Qualifications:- Accounting background with strong organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
- Familiarity with VAT and local compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
