The Role of Customer Service Representative

J&T Express is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by professionally handling inquiries and resolving issues related to shipments and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Answering customer calls and inquiries in a professional manner.
• Handling complaints and efficiently resolving customer issues.
• Following up on customer requests until a resolution is achieved.
• Providing accurate information regarding shipments and services.
• Recording and updating customer interactions within the system.
• Coordinating with relevant departments as necessary to address customer needs.
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

• Saudi nationality is required.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
