The Role: Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves direct interaction with customers, focusing on proactive issue resolution and ensuring a positive customer experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in building strong customer relationships and addressing their needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities
