The Role of Customer Solutions Consultant

Unifonic is seeking a Customer Solutions Consultant to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to helping customers achieve digital transformation through cloud communication. The consultant will lead collaboration with virtual teams comprising sales, engineering, and support resources, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.

Key Responsibilities

The Customer Solutions Consultant is accountable for the following:

• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Influencing long-term strategic direction for client accounts.
• Serving as a trusted advisor to customers.
• Driving executive-level engagement with CXOs and technology decision-makers.
• Evaluating customer cloud communication strategies and recommending solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Removing deployment roadblocks and ensuring successful adoption of Unifonic's solutions, contributing to customer satisfaction.

Daily Duties

Key duties associated with this role include:

• Acting as a technical liaison between Sales and Product teams throughout the sales process, supporting solution design, quotes, proposals, RFP responses, and related documentation.
• Developing a working knowledge of Unifonic's conversational AI and omnichannel communications platform.
• Participating in Sales team meetings to understand customer pain points, requirements, and business goals, contributing to the shaping of relevant solutions.
• Supporting problem escalation and best-practice initiatives to help clients and internal teams utilize Unifonic's products effectively.
• Building and delivering product demonstrations and pilots that showcase Unifonic's value to prospects and clients.
• Relaying timely and organized client feedback to Product Management, Sales, Support, and Development teams based on real business cases.
• Ensuring clean handoff of won deals to the Customer Success team, providing clear context on customer goals and configuration.
• Providing technical input to support Sales and Account Management on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Coordinating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Support, and Engineering, as needed to facilitate deal closure.

Candidate Profile

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience and demonstrate the following abilities:

• Ability to create a positive customer experience by effectively matching product and service offerings to their specific needs.
• Capability to understand and troubleshoot customer requirements, translating them into workable solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with comfort in engaging multiple stakeholders and collaborating effectively with virtual and cross-functional teams.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh. The Sales team at Unifonic is composed of professionals specializing in account management, business development, and customer service, working collaboratively to meet customer needs.
