VaporVM is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Architect to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on leading security governance, compliance, risk management, and technical security initiatives across the organization.

Role Overview

The Cybersecurity Architect will be responsible for establishing and maintaining robust security frameworks and practices. This includes ensuring adherence to various regulatory standards and implementing comprehensive security measures to protect organizational assets. The role requires a candidate currently residing in KSA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of ISO 27001:2022, conduct risk assessments, and manage compliance programs.
• Ensure adherence to SAMA-CSF, NCA, PDPL, CST CRF, and other relevant regulations.
• Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
• Conduct security assessments for vendors and third-party risk reviews.
• Perform penetration testing and vulnerability assessments across web, mobile, API, and IoT environments.
• Manage SIEM, threat monitoring, incident response, and security operations.
• Support secure architecture design for cloud, applications, APIs, and IoT solutions.
• Deliver cybersecurity awareness and secure coding training programs.
• Prepare executive reports, security metrics, and risk dashboards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Security Architecture, or GRC.
• Strong expertise in ISO 27001, OWASP Top 10, PTES, and MITRE ATT&CK frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in penetration testing, vulnerability management, and security operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be located in KSA.
