About the Role

Romuz Cybersecurity, a Saudi company focused on digital trust and innovation, is seeking a motivated Cybersecurity GRC Engineer to join its team in Riyadh. This role is an opportunity for early-career professionals to support a leading organization in enhancing its cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance posture. The engineer will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to contribute to risk assessments, compliance activities, and governance initiatives within an enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the refresh and alignment of cybersecurity governance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Assist in identifying and assessing cybersecurity risks to strengthen the organization's security posture.
• Participate in compliance assurance activities and remediation efforts.
• Contribute to GRC assessments and operational improvement initiatives.
• Work on-site in Riyadh, coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
• Prepare status reports and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2-5 years of proven experience in cybersecurity, GRC, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and/or industry certification such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or ISO 27001.
• Familiarity with GRC frameworks, risk analysis, and compliance auditing.
• Saudi nationality is a mandatory requirement for this position.
• Must be based in Riyadh or willing to relocate and work in Riyadh.
