About the Role

NHC is seeking a Cybersecurity Identity and Access Management (IAM) Senior Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on the strategic design, implementation, and ongoing management of IAM solutions to ensure secure and efficient access controls across the organization.

Role Overview

The Cybersecurity IAM Senior Specialist is responsible for the comprehensive design, implementation, configuration, integration, and maintenance of Identity and Access Management solutions. This role ensures the secure, compliant, and efficient management of user identities, credentials, and access privileges across all internal and external systems. Key objectives include automating IAM operations, strengthening access governance, supporting compliance mandates, and enhancing overall enterprise security through the application of modern IAM technologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, implement, and maintain IAM solutions including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  • Manage the complete identity lifecycle, encompassing user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications.
  • Develop and enforce access control policies in alignment with the principle of least privilege.
  • Monitor and maintain identity security controls across enterprise systems.
  • Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications, cloud services, and directory services such as Azure AD and LDAP.
  • Automate onboarding, offboarding, and access management workflows using scripting and orchestration tools.
  • Support hybrid identity and cloud IAM models.
  • Conduct access reviews, governance operations, and compliance assessments.
  • Assess IAM-related risks and implement appropriate mitigation controls.
  • Support internal and external cybersecurity audits and ensure alignment with cybersecurity frameworks like NCA, ISO 27001, and NIST.
  • Monitor identity-related security alerts, investigate incidents, and identify root causes with recommended corrective actions.
  • Identify gaps in access controls and recommend enhancements.
  • Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and business teams to advance IAM initiatives.
  • Communicate technical updates and IAM-related risks effectively to stakeholders.
  • Support enterprise IAM strategies aligned with business and security objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Cybersecurity, Access Governance, or Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.

Technical Skills and Competencies

  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts including authentication, authorization, federation, SSO, MFA, and RBAC.
  • Experience with IAM platforms and tools such as Azure AD, Okta, OneLogin, SailPoint, or ForgeRock.
  • Familiarity with IAM standards and protocols like SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SCIM.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, cloud IAM technologies, and hybrid identity environments.
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell and Python.
  • Core competencies include strong communication, accountability, creativity, problem-solving, attention to detail, analytical thinking, risk assessment, and stakeholder management.
