NTU International A/S is leading a consortium responsible for preparing the proposal for the EU-funded "Egypt Downtown Facility" project. The primary goal of this assignment is to enhance the effectiveness, coherence, and visibility of the Strategic and Comprehensive Partnership between the European Union and the Arab Republic of Egypt. This is achieved by providing rapid, flexible, and high-quality technical assistance that supports jointly agreed bilateral cooperation priorities. The project aims to strengthen policy dialogue, improve program implementation, and reinforce the institutional capacities of Egyptian partner entities involved in EU-funded actions.

The Role of Data & Monitoring Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Data & Monitoring Analyst to support technical assistance assignments within the "Egypt Downtown Facility" project. This contract position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The analyst will play a key role in ensuring the effectiveness and reporting of project activities through robust data management and monitoring practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Collecting and cleaning data to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
• Conducting data analysis to support technical assistance assignments.
• Maintaining monitoring tools and databases to track project progress.
• Tracking results and performance indicators against project objectives.
• Preparing analytical inputs for program monitoring and reporting requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, monitoring, or a related field.
• Demonstrated analytical skills with a focus on data collection, cleaning, and interpretation.
• Experience in maintaining databases and monitoring tools.
• Ability to prepare clear and concise analytical reports.
