DBH Commercial Manager

About the Role

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a DBH Commercial Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting the development and execution of commercial strategies to drive sales, profitability, and category growth within the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, leading negotiations, and optimizing product assortment and pricing strategies.

Role Purpose and Context

The DBH Commercial Manager will play a key role in enhancing the overall commercial performance by monitoring category performance and identifying market opportunities. This position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field, focusing on strategic commercial management and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the DPH category strategy to achieve sales, margin, and market share targets.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and annual commercial agreements.
• Analyze category performance and implement action plans to drive growth and profitability.
• Define assortment strategy, product selection, and category segmentation.
• Lead pricing, promotions, and trade marketing initiatives to maximize commercial performance.
• Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Store Operations to ensure product availability and successful execution.
• Prepare business reviews, forecasts, and commercial reports for management.

Required Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in a commercial management role.
