About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an accomplished Delivery Project Director (DEL 1) to lead the successful delivery of large-scale projects within its development portfolio. This strategic leadership role involves overseeing project execution, managing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring delivery excellence aligned with Qiddiya's vision. The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex projects from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders including contractors, consultants, government agencies, and senior leadership.
• Develop and implement project delivery strategies, methodologies, and risk mitigation plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to address issues impacting timelines, costs, or quality.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide timely and comprehensive project status reports and presentations to executive leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in project delivery, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale and complex projects.
• Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards.
• Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Experience working within the Middle East region, especially Saudi Arabia, is advantageous.

Additional Information

A Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent credential is highly desirable. The role requires over 10 years of experience, with more than 5 years in a senior leadership capacity. This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
