About the Role

Qiddiya | القدية is seeking a Delivery Project Manager / Construction Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to the successful execution of construction projects within the expansive Qiddiya development, requiring a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Delivery Project Manager will lead and oversee all construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget, while consistently meeting the highest quality standards. This position involves significant collaboration with contractors, consultants, and various internal teams to achieve project objectives and drive overall success.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all construction delivery activities to align with project timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Oversee construction contracts and liaise with contractors to monitor progress, address issues, and enforce compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Develop and implement construction methodologies, risk mitigation strategies, and problem-solving approaches to ensure smooth project execution.
• Lead regular site inspections, progress meetings, and reporting to track construction status and address any deviations.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure seamless integration between design and construction phases.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including communication and reporting to senior management and external partners.
• Drive the implementation of health, safety, and environmental policies on site to promote a safe working environment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in construction delivery.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in project management or construction management, specifically within large-scale construction projects.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, contributing to the development of the Qiddiya project.
