The Role: Delivery Project Manager / Construction Manager Hotel Assets

Qiddiya is seeking an experienced Delivery Project Manager / Construction Manager specializing in Hotel Assets. This full-time position involves overseeing the execution and delivery of major construction projects, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards, while fostering effective collaboration among diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Operate from a site-based position, collaborating directly with supervision consultants and contractors.
• Develop detailed project plans, including defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource considerations.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and government entities, to ensure project compliance and alignment.
• Monitor project progress, conduct regular status meetings, and provide comprehensive updates to senior leadership.
• Manage project budgets and financial performance, ensuring responsible financial stewardship.
• Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation among project team members.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement in future projects.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards throughout all project phases.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role must possess a strong background as a Project Manager or Construction Manager, with a focus on large-scale construction projects, particularly within hotel assets. The position requires:

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in project management or construction management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex project lifecycles from initiation to closeout.
• Proven experience in budget management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination.
• A track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and to high quality standards.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, site-based position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves direct collaboration with supervision consultants and contractors on project sites, requiring a hands-on approach to project oversight and execution.
