About the Role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Delivery Project Manager / Construction Manager with expertise in heritage assets to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on the management and delivery of construction projects involving heritage assets, ensuring their preservation and integration with Qiddiya's development plans while adhering to high standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the delivery of heritage asset projects from initiation to completion, aligning with Qiddiya's strategic vision and standards.
• Manage on-site construction activities, collaborating with contractors, consultants, and heritage specialists.
• Ensure adherence to heritage preservation guidelines, relevant regulations, and international best practices.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders, including government authorities, cultural agencies, and internal teams.
• Implement risk management strategies tailored to the unique challenges of heritage asset projects.
• Conduct quality control inspections to verify workmanship and material compliance with project requirements.
• Oversee procurement processes for heritage-specific materials and services.
• Lead health, safety, and environmental management, specifically addressing heritage site conditions.
• Document and archive project progress, as-built drawings, and preservation records.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management for large-scale construction or development projects.
• Demonstrated site management experience, including working with supervision consultants and contractors.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Experience delivering construction projects in Saudi Arabia is required.
